Unlock user account

As a security measure, AMS locks the account if a user enters an incorrect password 5 consecutive times.

1. Find the user whose account is locked.

2. Right-click the user in the search results, then click Unlock User.

   

3. Enter a reason for unlocking the user's account, then click CONFIRM.
