Change security question status

  1. On the AMS menu, click Admin > Configuration > Security Questions.

  2. On the Security Question Management page, click Edit next to the question you want to update.

  3. Do one of the following:

    1. To enable the security question for customers in the app, click Activate.

    2. To disable the security question for customers in the app, click Deactivate.

  1. Enter a reason for changing the status of the question, then click CONFIRM.
