Verifying customer identity is a critical process in preventing fraud and ensuring the security of customer accounts.
CMS enables your employees to rapidly verify a caller's identity by comparing the information provided by the caller with the data stored in the system. This is particularly useful when you want to quickly confirm that a customer is who they claim to be.

On the top right of the page, click Customer Verification. The Customer Verification dialog displays:

The customer's eMoney balance, which is the balance in their default account.

Their security questions and answers

Their identification details such as the driver's license, passport and IRD number

Click VERIFY CUSTOMER. The dialog closes and the following message is displayed on the top right:
