Reset KYC

If you require customers to go through the KYC process again, follow these instructions. For example, when their application for an account is rejected.

  1. Find the customer.

  2. In the blue pane, locate the default account, then click Account.

The default account is always the first account in the list.

  1. Under Account Summary, click Cancel Upgrades.

  2. Enter the reason for canceling the upgrade, then click CONFIRM.
